Cultural Nights

Hi there,

The dark time of the year had started. The weather made it even worse. All the storm and rain this month blocked the sun most of the time. Though it probably suited the Halloween theme. My friend-Johannes and I went to Liseberg for the Halloween weekend. We didn’t play anything but only checked around. There was an acrobatic show by the clowns in the park. It was pretty alright. 

We also went to check out Kulturnatta events in the city. We began with Annedals Lägenhetsmuseum. It was a museum of an old apartment from 1876. It was quite interesting to see how they preserved the place and things inside. We then went to check out some exhibitions and galleries. The last place we visited was Lagerhusets Bibliotek. There was live concert of some artists. 

Early this month, I got a chance to join a Club Afry event at Italian restaurant called Al Dente. We had a group cooking session. We had about 3-4 dishes and gelato. I paired up with another colleague to make gelato. It was actually quite simple. It required a lot of whisking before transferring it to the gelato machine to finish. It was a very fun and enjoyable evening. I had good food and good time :)

Lastly, there was quite strong northern lights activity this month. Luckily, the sky was clear as well. It wasn’t so green with my naked eyes but my phone can capture some green colour from my apartment.
